The Easiest Banana Bread Recipe

Make sure you prepare all the ingredients and follow the steps to make this moist and soft banana bread.

Ingredients:

  • 3 very ripe bananas, mashed it.
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar or brown sugar.
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (8 tbsp).
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten.
  • 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour (200 g).
  • 1 tsp baking soda.
  • ½ tsp salt.
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract.
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon.
  • ½ cup raisins (optional).

Instuction:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F or 177 C.

2. Grease a loaf pan with softend butter.

3. Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl then whisk together untill homogen. Set aside as dry ingredients.

4. Cream the butter, then add the sugar and mixed ini high speed until well combined. It takes about 3 minutes.

5. Mix in the eggs one at a time then beat in vanilla extract. Mix the mashed bananas in, then add the dry ingredienst and fold all together until just combined.

6. Transfer batter into yout prepared loaf pan. Bake at 350 F for about 50 – 60 minutes. You can check it with skewer comes out of the senter clean.
